With 47 on-site customer parking spaces and more than 1,000 spaces connected to a parking garage via a second floor indoor sky bridge, parking at One Progress Plaza is a breeze. The sky bridge is great for rainy days, too!

Lease Terms

We want to make you a part of the Kucera Properties family here at One Progress Plaza! We will negotiate leasing options with you from five (5) to ten (10) years.

On-Site Retail

We strive to provide our tenants with as many amenities as possible! Retail shops available onsite include The Gallery, Patanegra Tapas Bar & Restaurant, The Mill, Subway, Shoe Shining, Dry Cleaning, Auto Detailing Service, and more.

Elevators

Seven (7) high-speed electric passenger elevators service floors 11-24. One (1) 4,000 pound capacity for freight service. One service elevator and a set of high speed escalators for our lobby and second floor tenants.

Security

You can feel safe at One Progress Plaza with our 24-hour on-site video monitoring the building’s common areas and 24/7 security guards. Magnetic access cards allow limited access to building during closed hours. Escorts are always on request to the parking garage.
